  Disgusting Service and Damage!
  
  I emailed three times before for a measure and quote. No response. Called and was advised to send it again as they did not receive it. Weird, as i got an automatic response advising it had been received.
  
  We paid our deposit. Then my partner was told by one guy that he could come on the day and pay the remainder. Two days prior a young lady called with the worst customer service and demanded it be paid that day. (which is absolutely fine, we had the money). The lack of communication between office staff was the problem. She demands the card numbers. I asked her if she could be professional and advise the amount she was taking before just punching in the numbers. All was paid no problems.
  
  Carpet went in and generally it was great. Looked good.
  
  I called and sent an email regarding some issues.
  
  One issue about closet floor carpet they explained and that was fine and we accepted that. Although they could have told us up front and not tried to hide it and only explain when we noticed. Communication is key!
  
  They would not take responsibility for anything else. The email response was coming off like someone being a smart ass.
  
  Our front door was forced shut although we had explained how to use it OR CALL US and we will come back before they left. We had to call a locksmith out and have it replaced. An expense we did not need.
  
  I understand some low down paint chipping is unavoidable. One section was around a foot above the carpet and scratched off multiple parts. (We had freshly painted a week prior so i can assure you this was not here prior).
  
  I am disgusted in the service. The customer service and the installation service.
  
  I will never recommend them to anyone.
  
  I was not looking for compensation i was looking for someone to take responsibility and apologize for making a mess of the place.
  
  I don't know about Carpet Court in general but i would not recommend the shop in Lane Cove Road, Ryde. It is actually laughable how much of a joke this place is. I hope to goodness they don't take advantage of more people.
  
  Look at the other reviews. Tacks for children to stand on hahaha, abusive language on the telephone. Classy guys!!

  I recently purchased carpet for my investment property from ABC Carpet Court. The team were absolutely fantastic. They had everything arranged within one week and made the whole process a breeze. The installers were very professional and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for carpet.
