  My vehicle needed a small part to be replaced under warranty. They said the part was not available when they did the annual routine service and I would have to bring the vehicle back when part arrives in a week's time. They said they would call me when part arrives. Waited exactly 2 and a half weeks, not hearing anything, called them and they said part arrived but they did not bother to call and inform me!?! Then I booked my car in asking which day would be best so I can bring the vehicle in early to be first in line so that I can have it back without waiting too long. I took the vehicle there on the day they mentioned arriving at 6:30 AM making sure I was the first in line. They took the car in around 7:00 AM. Waited until 9:00 AM then went down to service office asked how it is going. They said technician was working on it and would be finished any minute. Hearing that, I didn't go up to the waiting room, instead went out side and started waiting there. I could clearly see the workshop and my vehicle was no where to be seen. Exactly at 9:15 my vehicle entered the workshop from other end and parked into the first bay only 10 meters away where I was waiting. I said to myself, it must have been finished. To my surprise the technician got out of the vehicle and started working on the car and it took him only 5 minutes to replace it then the vehicle was delivered to me. I don't think that this can be described as good customer service. I have much closer dealers to me but I go to North Shore Mitsubishi, having bought the vehicle from there hoping that I would receive good service but it does not look like the case :(
