    Different to Woolworths which is opposite Coles at West Ryde, although I LOVE Woolies with all my Heart❤ Coles seem to have a bigger variety when it comes to variety items,

    Never had any problems. The staff have always been curtious and helpful every time I have needed to interact with them. The store is kept clean and for the most part it is laided out well. Can't ask for much more.

    Biggish kinda store in Ryde with ample parking around the place. The store is located within the complex combined with a small playground sorta situation for kids. The store itself is pretty clean and everything if arranged properly... Which is how it should be I guess... The staff unlike my regular Coles were really friendly..

    I wanted to ask a question about the recyclable plastics bin from the person at the self check out and was left waiting and very obviously ignored. I proceeded to shop, there was one helpful person who helped me look for an item. Another member was pushing a big trolley and as I let him through even if I had the right of way, didn’t even say thank you. I wasn’t in a bad mood but I do really mind good manners and good customer service which I hardly got today. Quite disappointed.

    Used to think this is a good branch, happy with male asian staff then met manager Asif. Terrible customer service. Made me abandon my cart and go to Woolies instead. Will continue to shop at Woolies if Asif is there and give my annual five figure business to Woolies.
