  This dentist is not professional at all. At first we were chatting friendly about her background and that she would have been one of the earliest Sri Lankans to move to Australia. Her dental assistant had just finished year 12 and I asked what her background was as she had dark hair and eyes and I was simply curious. Living in Sydney I have friends from all over the world and I am curious and I have a right to ask her family background. She has a right to not tell me. The doctor then rudely said 'why do you need to ask her background'. Then the doctor took a phone call and made me wait for her to finish taking an appointment. She is unprofessional because: gave an injection before first telling me. Changed the work to be done without informing the customer beforehand. She completely changed her personality and attitude when I queried the cost. There is something dodgey about people/businesses who get angry when customers query costs. It shows a lack of honesty. If u can't be honest, forthright, informative & most importantly compassionate as a health professional then you should not be in the business=
